Information We Collect

AudioByLink does not require an account. We process the Instagram URL you submit, the requested output format, and task information to extract audio or download a supported video when that feature is enabled. Do not submit Instagram passwords, cookies, or verification codes through the tool.

How We Use Information

Task records include the submitted link, processing status, output format, and result information. Processing and downloads use temporary task and file storage. AudioByLink is not permanent file hosting. Download links expire; an expired link does not by itself confirm that the stored file has already been deleted.

The tool keeps the active task's link, format, identifiers, access token, and expiry time in your browser's session storage to restore that task in the same tab. Choosing New link clears this task session. Clearing browser session storage prevents that recovery but does not cancel server-side processing.

Cookies & Analytics

Task recovery uses session storage rather than an Instagram login session. This page does not promise that hosting providers retain no request logs or that stored files are deleted at a specific time; deployment-specific retention details still require verification before public release.

AudioByLink may use third-party infrastructure for hosting and processing. These services are bound by their own privacy policies.
